The NIOGA Library System's BTOP Express is one of five E-mobile computing training units in New York State with high speed broadband services being deployed in rural locations and underserved communities. The E-mobile and public access computer centers will provide 24/7 online access to job search resources as well as federal, state, and local E-government resources in Niagara, Orleans and Genesee Counties.

Please fill out the Request the BTOP Express form to let us know your computer training needs and we'll work together to schedule a time for the mobile computer lab to come to your community or place of business.
